Need to Gain Self Discipline over Compulsive Eating

I have been up and down with my weight pretty much my entire life. When I was 27, I decided that working out was going to be a routine and eating healthy.

With sticking to that regimen, I lost 60 lbs in about 6 months. I felt spectacular! But, I have fallen off again for about 2 years now and I have gained the weight back.

I just want to gain control of myself. I am consistently sent invitations to parties, gatherings or what not, and there is food and alcohol involved.

I feel like I also live with a compulsive overeater, so we constantly prepare unhealthy breakfasts and dinners with one another.

I think that fasting will definitely allow me to gain control of overeating. I owe it to myself to reap the benefits of a 30 day fast; my body needs it sinCe I have over-toxified it.

I have a juicer and would like to do a water fast for one week, then do a juice fast for 20 days. The question is, can I do it? Today is the first day of a water fast. I really need some support!!!
