New Year Body Detox and Weight Loss

I have started a body detox experiment for weight loss, liver, kidney, gallbladder and intestine toxicity cleansing!
Steps:
1) Reduce food intake to juice and water and food when hungry!
2)Eat soups and bread when hungry and juice and water a lot.
3) Next step will to be to purchase a juicer for fruit and vegetable drinks.
4)Introducing some Chinese detox teas, and pills and milk thistle. I also take apple or pineapple juice and water it down.
No particular order other than feelings associated to organs such as kidneys mostly and the liver. I have combined Chinese detox tea with milk thistle.
Some days I take a break from the Chinese liver and kidney detox pills and do liquid milk thistle in warm water. So far effects seem to be less cravings.
Chilled kidneys, body temperature drop, fuzzy thinking, peeing a lot, energy increases and drops. Soft bowel movements. Some stinky sweating with general increase in armpit sweating.
Stomach shrinking most likely the bowels are shrinking.
I feel as though the intestines are shrinking as the movements seem to visually correspond to this. Some sugar cravings.
I feel as thought cutting out all food to fast would be a shock to the system so i am listening to hunger but with soups, juice rice with a little bread. As i try to shrink the cravings, hunger and intestines while cleansing the kidneys and intestines.
Rationale would be numerous years of toxicity would be possibly counter productive with extreme food reduction measures and current body toxicity level. I am trying to work towards the goal of starting a 30 day juice fast. For weight loss and body detoxing! Vegetables and fruits juices for 30 days will be the up coming goal.
