On dry fasting...

I am in my 38th hour of a ??? dry fast. This is my third dry fast.

The very first time I was able to go 41 hours (1 1/2 months ago) & my second time 93 1/2 hours (last week). I definitely prefer this method, as I have no detox symptoms other than the expected rise in body temperature. No dry mouth, though.

I still have quite a bit of weight (read fat) to loose... I guess around 70lbs. for me. I dropped 20lbs last week with my dry fast. And that is factoring in the gallon of distilled water I drank on last Saturday when I broke the previous fast.

I actually broke it with the water (ascorbic acid added), then I had a blackened chicken salad (only half was eaten) and pistachios (vitamin e) for blood-thinning in preparation for my current fast.

Even after eating that my hunger never returned, and I was never kicked out of deep ketosis!
On to my "issue", I am having a deep abdominal "ache" that I can't put my finger on as to possible cause.

I have been actively dry fasting all along, but it's not like a muscle soreness of lactic acid buildup.

My mother mentioned to me that I had an umbilical as well as an internal hernia as a small child that required surgery which I never underwent... wondering if that could be "in the repairing process".

Anyway, if anyone else out there has experienced (or not) something similar to this I'd love some feedback. And always looking for more fasting buddies!
