Partial Water Diet for Weight Loss - Averaging Weight Loss of 1.5 Pounds Daily

Just kind of happened upon this page and wanted to share what has been working for me. I have to wake up fairly early to bike 4 miles and then immediately hop off the bike and walk the same 4 miles.
That's pretty much the only exercise I get. I sit in an office all day. I've been eating 2 packets of oatmeal for breakfast and I fill the bowl with water rather than using the directions.
I'm usually pretty full of sipping maple and brown sugar water before I even get to the oatmeal. For lunch I've been eating some Progresso veggie soup.
Again filled right up with water. For dinner I've been eating 1 chix breast and that's it. Drink a lot of water with the chix and I'm fine. I also drink quite a bit throughout the day.
It's still pretty early for me but I'm averaging a weight loss of 1.5 pounds per day. And I feel full almost all day long. It's working for me and I'm the guy who orders the 20 piece nuggets from the fast food joint along with large fries and a burger.
I used to stuff myself at every meal and now I'm just stuffing myself with water.
