Hello

I have never done 21 days of fasting, really take my hat off to anybody who has though. I have done only 5 days fasting at a time. If you have a healthy eating plan in place then just continue with the eating plan after the fast. Each person has a different eating plan, I keep my calories to about 1600 per day and exercise as well, so the fat burning continues. Fasting helps you change your whole lifestyle. I realised that fasting is not a quick fix weight loss. I cannot fast, overeat, fast overeat continuously. That is just punishing myself. At present I eat lots of fruit and veggies, salads,nuts and seeds, and lean meat. This website has plenty of information about breaking a fast, and really helps.
