Hello

Wow I think 5 days of fasting is excellent, well done. Don't beat yourself up about slipping. A 5 day fast is brilliant, just depends what your goals are, lose weight, detox, clarity of mind??
It is a good thing to get into eating healthy before a fast and after a fast, no matter how many days you are fasting for. Ask yourself , how did you feel while on the fast, do you want that same feeling, weight loss etc, then go straight back onto the fast and feel it again. I know about feeling afraid about revealing when I am on a fast, people out there tend to be judgemental saying it's dangerous etc, and they also try and sabotage your efforts. So best to keep it under wraps. Maybe we can convert them to being fasters when they see the benefits in our lives.
