Please Help. First Time Faster Slips... What Should I Do?

Alright, So I've been juice fasting perfectly for five days and tonight I went to a friend's house and they were cooking. I'm afraid to say that I'm fasting so when they offer me food I say no, but they kept on so I eventually gave in and had a bite.
Then we went out and split a slice of quiche and i had a sip of some of her soda. I feel terrible, almost like I want to throw up, but I know that isn't healthy. I wanted my fast to be ten days long at least, but obviously I failed.
Is there anything I can do to get back on track?
Should I just continue the fast? Or should I accept that it is broken and try to correct my eating habits (I don't normally eat like that or drink soda but I was too scared of revealing my fast...) by eating raw foods/juices for a while until i feel better before I try to fast again?
I'm really stressed out.
I feel terrible and ashamed.
