Robert,

What is your opinion on taking an appetite suppressant while water fasting?

I recently completed a 5-day water fast and a friend from work joined me....I barely made it through 5 days while she is still fasting.

She attributes her ability to continue to the fact that she is taking a strong appetite suppressant (not an Rx but close to it).

What do you think? Is it OK to do? I'm starting a new fast today and want to give it another shot to try for 10 days. My goal is weight loss (15 lbs). I'm wondering if I should use what she's using...
