Questions For People Who Have Completed Fasts (21+ days) - Please Help

Hello Everyone:

I have a few questions for people who have successfully completed long-term water fasts (21+ days)..

First off, how much weight did you lose over your fast? Did you only drink water, or did you also drink tea, or other things?

Did you do any exercise, or were you too weak to? If you did, how much?

Lastly, after your fast, did you put any weight back on, and if you didn't, or put on very little, how did you end it?

I know this website has a section on how to end a fast, but I want to know how you guys ended it.

What foods (or juices) did you eat, and for how long? Also, how long after your fast until you were able to return to a more normal and less restricted diet?
