Scared on First Day of Water Fasting

OK, so today is the first day !!!! 12/01/2009 I'm really scarred, cause everybody that I know is telling me that the water fasting is craaaaaaaaaaaazy...
But I don't care. I just have to do it. I'm 30 years old , 5,2 and 126 pounds. I'll like to do it for 20 days :) and maybe lose 20 pounds !!!
