I am on day 2 of my second water fast. I plan on fasting for about 60 days. my first fast was only 10 days and was completely a positive experience.

My body was re-generated and I lost 15lbs! please know that your body needs sufficient vitamins to survive. try a multivitamin along with a calcium chew and a re hydrating salt for your heart.

I currently weigh 172 and will update weekly on my fast. Stay strong and motivated, stop abusing your body. you can do it!
