Starting a 40-Day Water Fast 6/28/08

I am starting a 40 day fast today. I would love to have a buddy. I have been putting this off forever. The more excuses I come up with, the more time passes - the fatter I become.

I keep feeling guiltier every day. I know this is where I need to start. I know there is a holiday coming up and in my family...lots of birthdays but there is always something...so it is just time start...
