The 28 day fast...
I successfully fasted for 20 days and felt fantastic afterwards. The weight fell off and I was amazed how much energy my body gave me.
I also couldn't believe how hunger just wasn't an issue after the first week!
However, I relapsed into binging after a week of eating sensibly. Why? I was rebelling! I now feel terrible and wanna go back on a fast again, but this time for 4 weeks instead of 3.
I hope I can do this, wish me luck and feel free to comment on your journeys and stories!
