Trying to get "little" to finaly feel how it is!

Hello Everyone I'm a 20 year old female who currently weighs 184 pounds as of this morning and My Goal weight is 135 pounds.

I am 5'8 with a medium built frame, but you would think I was large because this is the heavest I have ever been in my entire life!!!

I have big big plans for the next year and I will be turning 21 and going to vegas for my birthday. I am currently in the Air Force and serving active duty. I have a boyfriend who I have been with now for 3 in a half years and I am planning on marrying him someday.

He always says he loves my body but He and I both know I can loose some weight. I (Excuse me if this offends anyone) Cannot feel good during intercourse because of this. I'm to heavy when I am on top and feel like to lazy to move and I can see my rolls :(

I would love to get down to about 130- 135 and I could actually feel healthy and amazing.

I am not going to be seeing him till about December and I would love for him to be like OMG your so little!!! Like a complete transformation. I know I can do it.

I would like to complete 40 days, and I am NOT NEW to fasting at all. I have done 3 days and 5 days and 8 days now I would like to jump at least to 21 and If i can do it 40. I have about 50 pounds to loose!

Please encourage me I really need motivation and strong words thank you I will be documenting on here as much as possible and I will be putting in my new weight week by week. I PROMISE!!!
