Water and Juice Fast to Overcome Binge Eating - Support Needed

Hi everyone,
I have been struggling for years with binge-eating and bulimia and the last year it became particularly hard.I realize that I cannot control my eating any more and I feel it is the time to give a try of fasting.
I fasted before for short periods ,like 48 hours water fasts and also raw veganism and as long as I stick with my plans my food addictions would stay at bay but the moment I stop-they would hot me back.
So now I would like to undertake water-primarily fast which I will also alternate with juice whenever hunger pangs are too strong.I am also competetive runner and I will use juice whenever I go for a run and it gets hard.
However,if I am not feeling very bad I will stick to just water. I know that my biggest weakness is the beginning of it-as long as I make up my mind I will be able to go through it.
Today I had a terrible binge but I hope I will find the strength to stop eating and make tomorrow the first day of my fast.
