Water Fasting and the Pre-Fast Cleansing - Is Detox Tea Ok?

I know on the page for water fasting it said to use Herbal Cleansing Tablets, but is it okay for me to use a detox tea instead? As well, it mentioned Green tea, do White teas and Oolong teas work as well?
