Comment I have made it to 28 days water fasting and feel great....no longer drinking anything but water! How long can I safely go on just water? And how do I keep from gaining back the 30 pounds I've lost when I stop fasting? For that matter, how do I safely break my fast?

Comment I think you are having pain in particular areas because your body is now focusing on healing those spots for some reason. That's pretty cool. I've only done a 14 day Master cleanse in the past and my allergies and a yeast infection went away. I've read that you'll start to experience your body do amazing things to heal itself while fasting. I hope to make it through a 30 day juice fast this time. Congratulations on your 21 days!
