Hunger Pangs
by: Racheal

A possible way to help curb hunger pangs in the initial stages of fasting is to drink a glass or two of water. Squeeze some lemon juice into it for a better taste. Many times this gives you a full feeling and might help get you over the hump.

day 2 update
by: catherine

this time the fast goes without those bad headaches i had before. I took ibuprofen yesterday and thought that this day would be not better. But there is no headache. I attribute the lack of my typical headaches to the fact that I am drinking green tea. I have only one problem- hunger pungs. Would somebody share how to handle it properly- re-focus, etc. I am just going to this web site for motivation every time hunger pungs become intolerable
