Hello

Congrats on your first day fasting, I promise it get's better after about 4 days of fasting. I have done water fasting for 5 days and juice fasting, and then try and stick to a healthy eating plan.

I fast every Monday. I also have coffee during a fast. I found that fasting keeps depression at bay. If you research this site you will find so many articles about water/juice fasting.

Day 1 of Fasting Complete

First day down,had 2 coffees to ease the detoxification and curb my stomach growling in meetings! Not much to report.

I feel determined to complete this until my body and mind feel healthy so no cravings or feelings of doubt!
