Water Fasting to Overcome Food Addiction - Fasting & Binging / Compulsive Overeating

Hi, Im starting a 35-day water only fast tomorrow (Monday February 2nd). The reason is to overcome my compulsive overeating disorder and depression.

My current weight is 126 pounds. My goal is to loose 14-21 pounds and then begin a healthy eating regime of fruit and vegetables. I feel better when only eating raw food.

However in the last 6 months I have developed a compulsive overeating disorder which is now ruling my life.

I binge daily on chocolate, ice cream and junk food and I cant break my addictive cycle.

So i am starting a fast to break my addiction.
