If you are fasting,however, this weight loss chat system can be very helpful. Not only will talking to others get your mind off the temptation to give up, but you may receive some valuable insight - and maybe even have fun!
During the first nine-to-eleven days of detoxification and withdrawal, it is important that you have others to reach out to with questions, concerns, or just conversation. That's what this platform is all about.
Chat Room Rules
This is a family-oriented community. There is absolutely to be no profanity or offensive language used. Absolutely, positively, no spamming allowed whatsoever.
No graphic or pornographic content, conversations or insinuations. Violation of these rules will result in immediate and permanent expulsion from the chat room.
Moreover, the fasting for weight loss chat rooms are meant for constructive health-related discussions, support and information exchange, as well as friendly social interaction.
It is not intended as a platform for controversial political or religious debate. Just be nice and respect your fellow fasting warriors!

Some Quick Instructions for Chatting Newbies
If you have used chat rooms before - most of us have - the buttons at the bottom of the chat screen will more than likely be fairly familiar. The signup process if very easy, just enter your desired user name and password and e-mail.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail to make sure that we are giving access to the right person. At that point simply return to the fasting for weight loss chat page and sign in.
Chat Features
From left to right, the first button allows you to select the color for your messages. The following three are for bold, italics and underlines, respectively. Sixth is to add an emoticon to the message, the seventh button allows you to incorporate a sound to the message you type.
Then you have some self-explanatory weight loss chat buttons choose an avatar for yourself and to increase or decrease the font size on the screen. If you do not want to see the timestamp of each message on the screen, click on the button with a little clock and it will clear them.
The 13th button, my favorite, is to "detach" the chat screen from the webpage and make it "float" as an individual screen. To have a better view of the list of persons chatting, I suggest you use this button to float the screen and then adjust it in size for better viewing.
