If you are still unsure whether or not to sign up for FastingOlogy, then I hope that this Q&A here can help you get more useful information so we can get started with your transformation. : )

1. Is this for "newbie" or "experienced" fasting practitioners?

A FastingOlogy™ membership is perfect for persons of all fasting, nutrition and fitness experience and skill levels. Each week's lesson is broken down into manageable steps for easy application. There are also "advanced" insights that seasoned veterans will find advantageous in putting into practice. While basic nutrition and water /juice fasting experience is a plus, it is not required as training materials will be provided to anyone who needs assistance in basic startup steps.

2. Does this work for any weight & age?

Absolutely! The FastingOlogy™ model is perfect for virtually everyone. Obviously, the more desire and commitment you have to change, the better results you will obtain. I.E. This system WILL work for persons who simply are a few pounds overweight AND for those who are morbidly obese and toxic.

3. Are there any "hidden costs" in addition to my membership fees?

Absolutely not. You will be encouraged to have water purification in your home, as well as a juicer to mix fruits and vegetables, AND a journal in which you will write as you move through the program. From time to time I will make some basic supplement recommendations, but their use – of course - will be at your discretion. The program stands on its own and will work whether you decide to purchase the supplements or not. Your subscription is for the program and NOT for sales pitches ad infinitum.

4. Does my membership include personal coaching?

Unfortunately, the answer is "no". While I will always be available to handle support requests (I.E. I can't download this week's lesson) I simply don't have the time to personally coach 1,000 members. Even if every member just asked ONE question (even a simple question) it would be impossible to handle all of the requests. I will, however, be putting together a “personal coaching” program in the coming weeks to accommodate those who may want to have extra guidance and attention. But the existing program, again, stands on its own and has everything you will need to lose weight and improve your health. The personal coaching will be optional and not a requirement to benefit from your subscription.

5. Do I have to commit to the entire 9 months?

Of course not. While I don't think you'll want to do so, you may cancel anytime you want. You may either email me through the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page or directly for a prompt and courteous cancellation. Like I said, I don't think you'll want to do so after diving in to the training!

6. How quickly will I lose weight and see improvements in my health and wellbeing?

That will depend entirely upon you. Someone with fasting, nutrition and weight loss experience can literally get started immediately and produce results after reading the first lesson. A complete beginner with virtually no history of any type of fasting will be well into the process after the first five lessons (I explain every step of the process in step-by-step chunks during the introductory month.) Most people are somewhere in the middle. So, the answer is 1 day to 1 month, depending upon your experience.

7. On what day of the week will I receive my weekly emails?

There isn't a set "day" of the week when lessons will arrive to your inbox. The autoresponder is setup to send out your lesson approximately every 7 days (sometimes there is a 24-48 hour difference in delivery, but you'll always receive a lesson each week).
