When you join the Up N' Close personal coaching program, you will receive access to a personal message board where you and I will communicate on a personal, one-on-one level.

2) Feedback on your weekly assignment.

Each week's FastingOlogy™ lesson has an "assignment" to complete. As a member of the personal coaching program, you can submit this assignment to me for my feedback.

You can send me your assignment and I'll offer comments that are specific to YOU and your plan of action. We'll work at YOUR pace ... if you want to spend 2 weeks on 1 lesson, that's fine. Your call.

3) Answers to your questions.

You may ask me ONE question per day (Monday-Thursday ... I don't do weekends :-) related to the lesson that you are currently working on. Every evening I'll login to the message board and answer your question. This is the highest level of one-one-on personal consultation that you'll find! Ask me anything about the lesson...

Any question related to the lesson you're currently working on is permitted. Yes, that includes preparation, motivation, the cleansing diet, 24-hour water fasting, juice fasting etc...

Let me reiterate what I said before very quickly...

Firstly, I can't guarantee your success. You know that and I know that, but it's something I gotta say anyway. I will offer my expert opinion based on my own experience and knowledge, but there are no guarantees. You agree to hold me harmless for any result that occurs from my coaching.

Moreover, while I do have years of experience in fasting and cleansing, I am not a doctor. Therefore, I cannot issue medical advice. I CAN help you with any aspect of fasting & give you suggestions & motivation based on my experience, but - again - I CANNOT answer questions related to any medical condition. Always follow the advice of your doctor.

If you have a pre-existing condition, it is best for you to visit your doctor FIRST, before embarking in any weight loss and/or fasting program. You agree to hold me harmless for any result that occurs from my coaching.

Finally, there are no refunds available. Because I can't get my time back, you can't get your money back. I'll be happy to work with you to make you happy ... but if you're looking for a guarantee for a refund, then this isn't for you.
