1/2 cup freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
2 Inches fresh ginger grated
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves grated roughly
4 glasses of water
few leaves for garnishing
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper powder
Sugar substitute as desired
Mix all together, garnish with mint and serve chilled.
Note: Serve immediately, cant be stored.
Benefits: Very beneficial for indigestion, nausea, vomiting, headache, cleansing especially in summer.
In case of cold or cough, drink without ice. Lemon, ginger, mint & pepper are home ingredients we use in India to get relief from cold.
