In this juicer detox recipes forum page we are presenting an invitation for YOU to share the specific fruit and vegetable - and other ingredient - combinations that you have utilized in your juice fasting path. The objective is to build a rich recipes-focused fasting forum from a wide variety of experiences --- for the benefit of our entire fasting community.

One of the most important parts of any juice fasting program is knowing a good variety of recipes.

If you go to our Juice Fasting series of articles, you will find some there that I and other colleagues have used for a very long time and found to be very effective.

But I do not want to just limit our readers' benefit.

Therefore, we have decided that creating a page where ANYONE could submit and comment on juicer detox recipes would be even better!

Believe me, there are many, many juice fasting combinations out there, and I certainly do not pretend to know them all.

So, please, if you have a particular recipe that has worked for you, or is one of your favorites, do not hesitate to write about it below so we can all learn!

In addition, let us know how juicing has helped you. There are many who can use the motivation and will be grateful for your contribution!

This recipes page is unlike a "forum," in that you will - in addition to sharing your knowledge - be contributing in actually writing Fitness Through Fasting.

The submission will become an actual "web page" in this website; and you can even upload a picture!

One thing I know for sure is that, the more contributors we have, the richer the information will be and the wider the knowledge that we can make available to visitors interested in this amazing discipline.
