The Goodie (breakfast)
2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
4 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Cups of water
2 Cups of strawberries
2 cups of blueberries
put it all in the blender, strain until there's no more residue, and drink up!
Lemon juice is a good fat burner, while apple cider vinegar is a great metabolistic booster, water to keep you hydrated and the fruits to give your body the sugar and nutrients that it needs.
I only say breakfast because it is an all fruit drink so it takes your body a whie to break down sugars so better to do it in the morning then drink water (I drink my water, 16 oz. at a time, with 4 tblspn of apple cider vinegar and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice) throughout the day
