Hope this helps someone, I did the Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet for 20 days, lost 22 Lbs. Then for 6 weeks I ate mostly raw, and vegetarian, Lost just a few pounds, but I was able to keep off the weight I lost with the Master Cleanse - that was my goal!
Well I just completed 10 more days on this lemonade diet and lost 12 more pounds. Now I'm on my 6 weeks of super healthy eating, then I plan on going back on the MC.
With this combination of Master Cleanse/Healthy Eating, I have lost a total of 37 lbs in 11 weeks. I'm not doing the salt flush, just the tea and 60 minutes of mild daily exercise... lots of water and PRAYER!
I'm in my 50s and take thyroid meds. I can tell you that, so far, this has been pretty effortless. If I can do it, ANYONE CAN!!
