Hi all,

Can anyone join me for two week fast starting Feb 23 2009. I have only fasted for the occasional day here and there but I wish to fast: one day juices, the next day water for two weeks. Some time later in year I would do total water fast.

Hello, I hope things went well with our 2 week fast that you started in February.

I have juiced on accassionally, but now I have decided to do a juicing-fast for 2 weeks. I hope to continue on if I can be strong will enough to be successful within these two weeks. I am doing it for my health but also for weight loss.I have lost 30 pounds on my own but now I'm at a plaeto. So I'm trying something that I know has high and healthy results.

I have already kind of started=-kind of meaning I mostly drink veg. juices and eat some vegetables. I am staying away from fruit.
